GMS is one of London, Ontario's most experienced mortgage lenders. We are members of the two largest mortgage broker associations in Ontario being Mortgage Professionals Canada (formerly CAAMP - Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals) and the CMBA - Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario (formerly IMBA - Independent Mortgage Brokers Association of Ontario) and our brokers carry the AMP (Accredited Mortgage Professional) designation, so you can be assured that you are dealing with a true professional. As we like to perform property inspections directly, we have inspectors on staff and thus prefer to operate within approximately 100km of London (about 1 or 2 hours drive) but feel free to contact our office for possible exceptions outside of our regular service area.

We are true equity lenders in that our primary criteria is the equity in your personal or corporate real estate. Even if you have been declined by a traditional financial institution due to your credit history or limited income documentation, we may be able to provide alternative financing to suit your needs.
